Any product upon delivery is subject to the following terms of use:

1. Each of the bills are electronically generated invoice.

2. All disputes are subjects the laws of India & Medinipur jurisdiction.

3. Any damage/delay or loss in transit is not our liability. Action & reimbursement will be in terms of the transport company rules.

4. Please ensure washing instructions.

5. No guarantee for color / crystal/ sequin/thread(in case of embroidery)

6. Goods once sold will not be taken back. (untagged/mishandled/altered/trimmed)

7. Color variations due to resolution and wrong size information will not be entertained for exchange.

8. No cash refund.

9. Parcel opening video and weight checking is must for products.

10. People opting for COD and denying to accept while delivery will be sued for unnecessary harassment.
